1. What can I do if I receive a defect item?

We understand how disappointed it could be to receive a defect item. No worries, TMS Lite is always here to assist on this issue by providing a one to one product replacement. Do contact us immediately upon detect and attach your order number, product code, name, address and details of defect to our mailbox.

 

2. Any details that I would need to update TMS if I were to return a defect item?

Yes, you would need to update us the proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel.

 

3. Will I need to bear the cost of returning?

Yes, customer are required to take up the responsibility of the cost of returning. While, the shipping cost of the new replacement product is all on TMS Lite.

 

4. By when should I arrange a product return if I have found defect and decided to perform return/exchange?

For such case, customer are required to return the defective product within 7 days upon received.
